“SOFT BOILED CUSTARD” IS IN:

SOFT BOILED CUSTARD 
6 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
3 quarts milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and cornstarch; add milk and beaten egg yolks.

Mix well. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to hot mixture and beat thoroughly.

Chili and serve.
