HORSESHOE NUT ROLLS 
1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lb. butter
1 lb. flour

Knead it good all together, then roll into small balls, should make 145 small balls. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Roll out in powdered sugar, shape them in horseradish.

FILLING:

2 lbs. walnuts, ground
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Enough milk to make nuts moist

Bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
