SOUTH LOUISIANA GARLIC CHEESE
GRITS
 
1 c. grits, uncooked
4 c. water
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1/2 lb. sharp cheese

Cook the grits in the salted water. When cooked add the butter, garlic cheese, sharp cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter and cheese have melted.

Put in greased casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Use as main supper dish or starch.
