CHEESE GRITS 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lb. cheese (1/2 lb. Velveeta, 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar)
1 1/2 c. grits
6 c. water
Pinch of salt
4 eggs
Dash Tabasco sauce

1. Cut up cheese and add butter in large bowl.

2. Add grits to salted boiling water and cook slowly for 5 minutes.

3. Pour over butter and cheese, stir.

4. Cover, let cheese melt and cool.

5. Beat eggs and add to mixture.

6. Add Tabasco and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees until browned.
