VERRY GOOD PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops, seasoned with salt, pepper and 1 tsp. Greek all-purpose seasoning

Brown in small amount of oil in heavy skillet.

3 to 4 sliced potatoes on top of pork chops

1 med. size onion, sliced, on top of potatoes

1 c. water, pour over chops, potatoes and onions

Cover with light lid, cook very slowly 1 hour on low heat until chops are tender and potatoes are done and water is all absorbed. Check at intervals to see if more water is needed.
