VEGETARIAN CHILI BEANS 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 cans kidney beans
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. canned tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

In heavy saucepan, cover onion in a little hot water. Cook until done. Add kidney beans, chili powder, brown sugar, canned tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes and serve.
