SOCK-IT-TO-ME CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil (Crisco or Puritan)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
8 oz. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together; mix well. Yields 18 to 24 cupcakes or 2 (9 inch) cake pans. Also can use bundt pan or tube pan.
