POPPY SEED CAKE 
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. vegetable oil
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 tsp. vanillac. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. poppy seeds
Powdered sugar

Mix together sugar, eggs, oil and milk in large bowl. Add vanilla, sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Then add mixture a little at a time; beat. Stir in poppy seeds with a spatula.

Pour into 3 greased bread pans (or Bundt pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
