CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDE BROWNIES | |
2/3 c. cooking oil 2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. hot water 2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 c. flour, sifted 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 c. pecans, chopped 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips In a large bowl, combine cooking oil, brown sugar, hot water, vanilla and eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and pecans. Add small amounts of dry mixture to the first mixture; mix well after each addition. Spread in greased and floured 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Store in tightly covered container. |
