COMPANY PERFECT MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. dried onion soup mix
1 - 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Mix together and form into balls. Roll meatballs in flour with 1 teaspoon paprika. Brown and simmer 20 minutes on top of stove. Put in casserole. Mix 2 cups water, 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, pour over balls. Add salt and nutmeg if needed. Heat on top of stove 30 to 35 minutes or heat at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.
