BIG DADDY'S CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 1/2 (12 oz.) packages cream cheese 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened 3 cups confectioners' sugar few drops vanilla extract or rum 1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) Mix together on low speed cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add sugar in parts. Fold in nuts. Submitted by: Big Daddy
