7-UP SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 c. miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add 7-Up, pineapple and marshmallows. Let set.

TOPPING: Cook 1/2 cup sugar, juice, flour and egg until thickened. Add cream cheese. Spread over Jello. Spread cool over all and sprinkle with nuts.
