1 (1 lb.) pkg. elbow macaroni 1 (8 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese 1 med. onion 2 tbsp. butter Cook macaroni until tender. While macaroni is draining, saute onion in butter until onions are soft. Put macaroni in pot with onions. Mix well. Add cottage cheese. Heat through, stirring, until cheese is somewhat stringy. |
