CHICKEN CREAMETTE 
3 1/2 to 4 lb. stewing hen
16 oz. macaroni
1 green pepper, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 box frozen peas, cooked
16 oz. grated cheese
1 c. fine bread crumbs

Cook hen in water until done. Cool and debone. Cook macaroni in chicken broth. Drain and add to chicken. Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add all remaining ingredients to chicken mixture and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
