MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1 head cauliflower
1 head broccoli
1 lg. can mushrooms, drained
1 lg. can pitted black olives
1 lg. can pitted green olives
2 carrots, sliced and steamed
1 carton cherry tomatoes

DRESSING:

1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. dill
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Viva Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients for dressing, and pour dressing over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight turning occasionally. Drain off dressing. Garnish with parsley.
