CHICKEN AND SPINACH WITH
LINGUINI
 
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 stick butter
1 c. white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 bunch fresh spinach
1 lb. linguini

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in 8x13 inch pan or baking dish. Add chicken, garlic, onion, spices, and wine and mix so chicken is coated well. Cover pan with foil and bake 30 minutes. Set spinach on top of chicken, and return covered pan to oven for 10 minutes, or until spinach is wilted. Do not over cook spinach. Add hot, cooked linguini and toss. Serve with Parmesan cheese and hot pepper seeds.
