ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. asparagus, cut diagonally
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour

Make a white sauce from butter, milk and flour.

Do not cook asparagus! Grease 8x8 inch casserole dish, layer asparagus, bread and white sauce. Top with sauteed bread crumbs. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
