PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, melted
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup melted butter together. Press mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Mix together cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar. In the following order, blend in flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 egg. Add milk and crushed pineapple and juice. Pour over crust and bake for 15 minutes.
