MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2-2 lb. ground beef
Chili beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tomato sauce
1 env. taco seasoning mix
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. bag Doritos, cheese flavor
1/2 stick butter

In 350 degree oven, melt butter in bottom of casserole dish. Layer Doritos in bottom of dish, 2 or 3 layers. Brown and drain ground beef and sprinkle over chips. Cover meat with chili beans. Spread soup over beans.

Mix tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Mix together and spoon over soup. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese has melted.
