MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. cheese
1 chicken, cooked and boned
Tortillas
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Saute onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix all together, except the cheese and tortillas. Put in casserole dish a layer of tortillas, layer sauces then layer of cheese until all is in dish. Put some cheese on top. Cook at 350 degree oven until bubbly.
