PIZZELLE 
6 eggs
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Add sugar gradually. Add cooled melted butter and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder; add to eggs.

Chocolate: Add 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Nuts: 1 cup nuts chopped fine.

Bake in pizzelle machine (iron). Start about 60 seconds each when machine is hot, reduce to about 30 seconds each.
