1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Press in 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake 12 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Mix:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped topping

Spread over cooled crust. Next layer:

2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Beat until smooth. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip on top. sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
