BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. fresh blueberries
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal

Grease muffin pans. Beat eggs, add sugar, milk, and butter. Add baking powder, berries, flour and cornmeal until mixture hangs from the spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins.
