BLACK WALNUT POUND CAKE 
2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. Crisco
1 stick butter (soft)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. black walnut flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs
1 c. milk
3 c. plain flour (sifted with 1/2 tsp. baking powder)
1 c. walnuts, rolled in flour

Grease and flour tube pan. Mix first 7 ingredients well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add milk and mix well. Add flour and baking powder mixture 1 cup at a time. Blend well. Stir in walnuts. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
