MINT DESSERT 
1 pint whipping cream - whipped and sweetened (you may also use Cool Whip if desired). Add 1/2 pound colored crushed dinner mints, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 3/4 cup colored mini marshmallows, 1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped. Fold in cream. Crush 14 (or more) graham crackers and put into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour in the filling and top with more crushed crackers. Refrigerate 6 hours or more. It has a tangy - minty taste, and is good as a dessert, or with an afternoon coffee party.
