BANANA PUDDING DESSERT 
A dessert you can pig out on!

1ST LAYER:

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter

Melt butter in microwave. Mix with other ingredients. Press into 9x13-inchinch pan. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Soften the cream cheese; mix with Cool Whip and sugar. Spread on the cool crust.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkg. instant banana pudding
3 c. milk
4 bananas, sliced

Mix banana pudding with 3 cups milk. Spread on top of the second layer. Add sliced bananas on top. Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle with nuts. Cool in the refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
