PIZZA HOT DISH (LO-CAL) 
12 oz. cooked ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper
3 oz. onion
3 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. noodles, cooked
4 oz. grated cheese
2 oz. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mushrooms, canned

Broil meat, combine with spices and simmer 15 minutes. Spread cooked noodles in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan - add meat, sauce - add cheese on top and mushrooms. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6. 300 calories per serving.
