CHILI 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
3 cans water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. hot pepper seeds
2 (15 oz.) cans spicy chili beans

Brown hamburger. Drain. Put hamburger and all other ingredients in a pan and simmer for an hour.
