CHILI CON QUESA ON TORTILLAS 
2-3 bell peppers, chopped fine
2-3 onions, chopped fine
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
8-10 corn tortillas
1 c. cheese, grated

Steam peppers and onions over low heat. Add tomatoes and stir. Let cook until vegetables are tender. Fry corn tortillas until crisp. Drain. Spoon vegetable mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place in oven until melted. Serve hot.
