CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled & removed from bone
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 sm. onion
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 loaf bread

Cut chicken in pieces. Take the bread torn in pieces and soften with broth. Save 2 cups broth for later. Add to the bread mixture the butter, onion, celery and well beaten eggs. Put in large well greased baking dish. Add the chicken. Cook the cornstarch and broth until thick, add the can of undiluted chicken soup. Pour this on top of the casserole. Bake at 375 degrees until brown and bubbly. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
