LIVER DUMPLINGS | |
1/2 lb. beef liver, grated 1 tbsp. butter 1 egg 1 tbsp. grated onion 1 tsp. minced parsley 1 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper to taste Freeze liver; it is easier to grate. Remove outer skin from liver and grate into bowl. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. Drop by teaspoons into boiling beef soup. Cook, covered for 20 minutes. |
