PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
8 eggs
2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
Dash of salt

Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Beat after each addition. Add flour and salt gradually. Stir in vanilla and pineapple. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
