MEXI-RICE 
8 oz. pkg. yellow rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can vacuum packed corn
1/2 c. salsa
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine rice, soup, corn and 1/2 cheese in casserole dish. Spread remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
