BEETS & PINEAPPLE 
1 can beets, drained
1 can pineapple chunks (save 1/2 c. juice)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine 1/2 cup pineapple juice with sugar and butter and cornstarch. Cook 5 minutes. Add beets and pineapple. Cook on low heat 30 minutes. A pretty dish.
