BEET & PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 can diced beets, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkgs. black raspberry Jello (using pineapple juice with cold water)

Let set until solid or overnight.

TOPPING:

Mix mayonnaise, Philadelphia cream cheese that is room temperature. Add: 1 to 2 tbsp. grated onion

Spread over salad as a frosting.
