1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Reeses peanut butter cups (sm.)

Cream first three ingredients. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Shape into 1" balls. Place into mini muffin tins. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and center starts to cave in. Immediately press peanut butter cup in each until only the top shows. Let stand awhile before removing from tins. Yield: 40 cookies.
