1 packet HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing 2 lb. small, new, red potatoes, washed and quartered 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 medium onions, chopped Place potatoes and onions in a large size bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on an ungreased baking pan for 35 minutes at 450°F or until potatoes are tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings. | |
