CHOCOLATE SUNDAE DESSERT 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix above ingredients together. Pat in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool. 1/2 lg. container Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar

Spread on cooled crust. Combine 2 small instant chocolate pudding and 3 cups of milk. Beat until slightly thick. Spread over cheese layer. Top off with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
