PEACH/PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
15-20 oz. peaches or pineapple (drain & save the juice)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. fruit juice

If using a 9"x13" pan, double the recipe.

Beat the first 7 ingredients and pour into pan (grease the bottom of the pan). Then drain peaches or pineapple over batter in pan. Take a paper towel and pat peaches or pineapple off. Then combine cream cheese, sugar and fruit juice and spoon over top, leaving a 1" edge around pan. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
