PINEAPPLE DELIGHT | |
1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened) 1 lg. crushed pineapple (drained) 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1/4 to 1/2 c. nuts (chopped) Bake cake according to instructions in 9 x 13 inch pan; let cool. Mix pudding as directed and blend in softened cream cheese; spread over cooled cake. Spread the drained pineapple, then top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Chill and keep refrigerated. |
