PISTACHIO PINEAPPLE DELIGHT | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice 1 (4-serving size) pkg. Sugar Free Jello Brand 1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping 1/2 c. chopped nuts (Use Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding and Pie Filling). Pour pineapple and juice into bowl. Add the mix. With a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and nuts. Spoon into dessert dishes. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat in 5 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 cups or 8 servings. |
