CHICKEN RICE SQUARES 
3 c. cubed chicken
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can chicken rice soup
1/2 soup can water

Mix well. Bake in 9 x 9 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serve with a white sauce to which several chicken bouillon cubes and mushrooms have been added. Double recipe for a 9 x 13 inch pan.
