APPLESAUCE SALAD 
1 pkg. red Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. applesauce

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen berries. Stir until fruit is thawed. Add applesauce and mix well. Pour into serving bowl. Chill until firm. Serve topped with sour cream. Yields 7 servings.
