EASTER PIE 
1 c. cooked rice (made day before)
6 hard boiled eggs
1 (1 lb.) ham
1/2 lb. salami
1 lb. hot pork sausage, ground

Brown pork sausage. Dice eggs, ham, salami and rice. Beat 6 eggs. Add 1 cup Italian cheese (Parmesan). Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all of the above together.

DOUGH:

6 eggs, 3/4 cup Crisco and start with 1 cup of flour. Beat eggs with Crisco, then add flour and knead. Add more flour if needed. Roll out.

Make like pie - crust, filling, crust. Bake at 350°F until crust begins to brown. When almost done, beat white of 1 egg and brush on top of pie and sprinkle with sugar. Put back in oven for 5 minutes.
