ROQUEFORT DRESSING 
1/3 c. Roquefort cheese (can use blue), crumbled
1 tbsp. minced fresh onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vinegar

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Tastes best when mixed 1 day ahead. Stir before serving on fresh crisp greens. This is also delicious as a raw vegetable dip.
