FRESH VEGETABLE SOUP WITH PISTOU 
6 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
2 c. canned white beans
2 c. fresh green beans
1 c. macaroni
3 c. zucchini, chopped
1 1/2 c. yellow squash, chopped

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add green beans. Cook 15 minutes. Add macaroni. Cook 15 minutes. Add zucchini and squash. Cook 10 minutes. Serve in bowls with 1 tablespoon pistou on top.

PISTOU:

1/4 c. olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1/4 c. dill weed (or 2 tbsp. dried dill weed)
1 tbsp. basil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix in blender.
