1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk

Mix all together. Heat wieners in water on top of stove. Lay to dry between paper towels. Dip in above mixture. Deep fry until golden brown.
