1 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. milk
Oil
3/4 c. meal
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
Hot dogs on sticks

Mix all ingredients to make batter. Heat cooking oil in deep fryer. Put hot dogs on sticks; coat with above mixture. Drop into cooking oil and fry until brown.
