JINGLE BELL COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 boxes candied pineapple
2 boxes candied cherries
1 c. whole filberts
1 c. whole pecans
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. Brazil nuts, chopped

Cream butter and brown sugar. Beat eggs. Mix with creamed mixture. Stir in dry ingredients. Add fruit and nuts, drenched with part of flour. This is a special good cookie for holiday time.
