1/3 c. fresh lime juice
1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. drained, chopped pimento
2 tsp. coarsely grated lime peel
1 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 chicken breast halves

In large glass baking dish, mix all ingredients, except chicken, until combined. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and let stand 30 minutes or place in refrigerator to marinate for up to 8 hours. Either broil or grill chicken until done. Approximately 30 minutes. Brush often with marinade.
